Bodies of two Tunis victims flown to Poland

The bodies of two of the three Poles killed in the 18 March terrorist attack in Tunis were flown back to Poland on Tuesday.

The two men had worked in a temporary detention centre in Lublin, eastern Poland, and they were among 21 tourists killed in the incident, which was the worst terrorist attack in Tunisian history. 50 people were injured besides the fatalities, including 10 Poles.
Regional governor (wojewoda) of the Lublin region Wojciech Wilk was present as the plane carrying the coffins of the two Poles touched down at Świdnik Airport.
He was joined by the victims' colleagues from the Lublin detention centre, who raised a standard in honour of the pair.
A state funeral will be held for the two men on Thursday in Lublin's Roman Catholic cathedral.
The third Pole who died in the incident was a 31-year-old man from Poznań who worked in the public sector.
Two of the gunmen who attacked Tunis's Bardo Museum were killled when special services operatives stormed the building. However, a third suspect is still on the run.
The museum was officially reopened on Tuesday. President of Tunisia Beji Caid Essebsi has said that a monument will be erected at the site of the attack. (nh)
