Body of Polish tourist found in Nazareth

The victim had arrived in Israel on Thursday with a group of fellow travellers, but had left her hotel alone that night.

Construction workers at a school found the woman’s body in a wooded area, and immediately called the police.

Initial forensic tests indicate that the victim was raped before being murdered. (nh)
