President Duda to meet V4 leaders in Hungary

Migration policy and strategic cooperation within the Visegrad Group, among other topics will be discussed during a two-day summit of the leaders of the V4 countries in Balatonfüred, Hungary.

On the first day of the summit, discussions will be held between V4 leaders including Poland’s Andrzej Duda, Slovak President Andrej Kiska, Miloš Zeman from the Czech Republic and Hungary’s János Áder and will also be joined by the President of Croatia Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović.

A joint press conference of the Presidents is scheduled on Friday.

“The message from President [Duda] to the Visegrad summit is clear: let us draw our positive lessons from the bad experiences of the past few weeks,” presidential aide Krzysztof Szczerski told journalists on Wednesday. (rg/rk)
