The first flight is scheduled for 17 October. Tickets went on sale on Wednesday.
Flights are to take place three times a week, with the journey taking just over 10 hours.
Poland hopes to turn Warsaw into a major transit hub for passengers from Central and Eastern Europe travelling to Asia and North America.
LOT in January launched a connection with Tokyo featuring its Boeing 787 Dreamliner, the first new long-range flight after the restructuring of the company, which has been beset by financial difficulties in recent years. (pk)
