New Polish ambassadors nominated

Polish Foreign Minister Witold Waszczykowski has delivered nominations to four new ambassadors: to Russia, Ukraine, Tunisia and Jordan, as well as a permanent representative to the OECD.

Witold Waszczykowski delivered nominations to the new Polish ambassadors on behalf of the President of the Republic of Poland.

Włodzimierz Marciniak will represent Poland in Moscow, and Jan Piekło will serve as ambassador in the Ukrainian capital, Kiev.

Meanwhile, Tunis, the capital of Tunisia, will be served by Lidia Milka-Wieczorkiewicz, and Andrzej Świeżaczyński will represent Poland in Amman, Jordan.

Aleksander Surdej will take over the post at the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in Paris. (rg)
