“Donald Trump is an experienced entrepreneur who can spot a good deal. This means that a huge part of the responsibility for the future of Polish-American projects lies within the Polish community,” William Ciosek, an advisor to Donald Trump on Polish-American issues, told the Gazeta Polska weekly.

“These are ideas that should come from us [the Polish minority] and that will be beneficial for Poland and Polish communities, as well as for America,” he added.

“We should then use our communication channels – through government officials or less formal contacts – to promote these ideas further.”

Trump will be sworn into the White House on 20 January. (rg)
