Officials from Poland, Croatia and Romania were on Friday holding talks in Bucharest on the future of the Three Seas initiative.

One of the topics of the meeting was collaboration between the 12 countries involved in the project and other partners, including EU institutions.

A Three Seas summit in Warsaw in July was attended by US President Donald Trump while he was on a visit to Poland.

Trump said that America would be the “strongest ally and steadfast partner” of the Three Seas initiative.
