The Monteverdi Choir and the English Baroque Soloists were conducted by John Eliot Gardiner.

Krzeszowiak was first invited by the famous British conductor last year to sing in Cambridge, Barcelona and Versailles in concerts marking the 50th anniversary of the Monteverdi Choir.

The 2014 highlights also included a US tour with John Eliot Gardiner and a highly-acclaimed debut at London’s Wigmore Hall.

Later this year Krzeszowiak is to appear in Mozart’s “The Marriage of Figaro” at the Covent Garden.

Krzeszowiak graduated from the Music Academy in Wrocław in 2006. He developed his skills at the Conservatorio G. Verdi and the Accademia Internazionale della Musica in Milan. He has performed at numerous prestigious venues in Poland and abroad, both in opera and oratorios and cantatas.

He is particularly renowned for his interpretations of Baroque music, having appeared with such leading conductors and ensembles as Rinaldo Alessandrini (Concerto Italiano), Giovanni Antonini (Il Gardino Armonico) and Alan Curtis (Maggio Fiorentino). (mk/rg)
