Polish swimmers brave the cold for New Year's dip

Members of a Polish winter swimmers' club got 2016 off to a bracing start in Rzeszów, south east Poland.

Several swimmers sported festive bathing caps for the dip, while others jumped in fully clothed.
There are currently about a hundred winter swimming clubs in Poland, and members refer to themselves as walruses. (nh)
