Scottish newspaper The Herald wrote on its website that the Polish Open’er festival offers the “best value festival experience for Brits this summer”.
According to the daily, the “music loving Brits should forget muddy overpriced [Glastonbury festival] this summer and head to Poland instead”.
While the 2016 line-up of the Open’er festival includes top acts such as The Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Pharrell Williams, and Florence and The Machine, the tickets, at PLN 549 (approx. EUR 130), are half the price of those for Glastonbury. (tf/rg)
