The program of the 16th edition of one of Poland’s biggest and most popular film festivals, which runs 21-31 July, was announced at a press conference on Tuesday.

In addition to Almodóvar’s new feature, cinema lovers will also have a chance to see, among many other films, Ken Loach’s “I, Daniel Blake” and Woody Allen’s “Café Society”.

The program features almost 400 movies from over 50 countries. Almost 100 of those will be screened in Poland for the first time.

This year's festival is taking place in an exciting year for Wrocław, which is currently also European Capital of Culture. (mol/pk)
