Royal Moscow Ballet coming to Poland

The Royal Moscow Ballet, considered one of the world's best dance ensembles, will perform “Swan Lake” in five Polish cities in November, the tour's organiser, Prestige MJM, has announced.

Russia's Peter Ilyich Tchaikovsky's ballet will be staged in Gdynia, northern Poland, Poznań, western Poland, Zabrze, southwestern Poland, Kraków and Warsaw.

“They will certainly be wonderful shows,” said Janusz Stefański of Prestige MJM.

They will be shows not only be endearing with the beauty of music, costume and choreography but also the depth of the message,” he added.

The Russian ballet has performed internationally, giving some 1,500 performances. Its repertoire includes Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Don Quixote and the Nutcracker. (vb)
