The new course will kick off on December 2 in 39 military bases around the country.
Women will learn how to free themselves from chokes and defend themselves from kicks.
Military instructors will also teach them what to do if an attacker grabs them by the hair or hands and how to deal with an armed assailant.
The first course ran from November last year to June and was held at 30 sites, with 3,000 women signing up.
The aim of the programme was to increase awareness of the Polish military’s hand-to-hand combat training as well as teaching women self-defence tactics.
