Polish-Czech theatre festival opens in two border towns

The 28th Border Festival comprises 14 theatre productions and concerts.

The event will be inaugurated by a performance by renowned Polish jazz pianist Leszek Możdżer accompanied by Czech and Slovak musicians at the Adam Mickiewicz Theatre in Cieszyn.

The highlights of the festival include Stanisław Wyspiański’s classic play The Wedding directed by Jan Klata and Czech dramedy Job Interview directed by Petr Zelenka.

A concert, theatre performances and other attractions for children will also be held throughout the event.

The Border Festival runs until June 1.
