The son of the Nobel-prize winning poet Czeslaw Milosz, Anthony has released an album entitled “Rivers” with twelve poems of his father.

The poems are recited by the author, while the reggae music which accompanies them has been composed by Anthony Milosz.

The idea for the recording was born in the mid-90s. Father and son met in the studio, where the great poet recited his works and the son added the music.

“The idea was to create something unpretentious,” says Anthony Milosz. “My father hated pompousness and he liked the idea to create something simple, something easily accepted and something which could be listened to while driving.”

“So little”, the first title of the album, has already found its way to the charts. (ab/jb)
