Hackers to attack Polish banks?
PR dla Zagranicy
The Internal Security Agency (ABW) has sent a report to the KNF financial watchdog warning of potential cyber attacks to Polish banks.
On its website, KNF recommended banks exercise particular care. However, the agency does not give specific dates when the attacks could occur.
A government department which deals with cyber security has outlined a number of changes which banks could introduce to not only prevent such an attack, but also react if hackers manage to get into the system.
Such recommendations include the development a response plan for possible cyber attacks and the substitution of specific pages in the system. (rg)
