The data was in line with analysts' predictions of 3.4 percent.

Over the previous quarter, the GDP of Poland grew by 3.3 percent.

The GDP “was higher by 0.9 percent than in the previous quarter and 3.7 percent higher than in the 3rd quarter of the previous year. Non-seasonally adjusted GDP (constant average prices of the previous year) was higher by 3.5 percent than in the corresponding quarter of the previous year which means a 0.1 percentage-point improvement in real growth rate compared to the GDP flash estimate for the third quarter of 2015, released on 13 November 2015,” the Central Statistical Office (GUS) wrote in a statement on Monday.
