Polish Q4 GDP rose by almost 4%

Polish economy grew by 3.9 percent in the fourth quarter of 2015, Poland’s Central Statistical Office (GUS) announced on Monday.

According to GUS data, the last quarter was the best in 2015 with a 3.5 percent growth in the first quarter, 3.3 percent in the second and 3.7 in the third.

The Office added that Poland has one of the highest GDP rates in European union.

A complete report on 2015 will be published in April, but GUS estimates that in the whole of 2015 Polish economy grew by 3.6 percent on average. (tf/rg)
