Following the transaction, Kulczyk Investments will still hold on to 1.5 percent of the London-based brewing company, the world’s second largest beer maker.

KI, operated by the heirs of Jan Kulczyk, Sebastian and Dominika Kulczyk, will invest the funds in new business partnerships.

“The key is to diversify in terms of scale (from dividend-paying bluechips to startups), the forms of involvement (from financial to leading strategic investors), and location,” KI said in a statement.
