The prices of consumer goods and services are expected to fall by an average of 0.4 percent this year compared to 2015.

In the following years, the consumer price index is expected to climb to 1.3 percent in 2017, 1.8 percent in 2018 and 2.2 percent in 2019.

Poland’s Central Statistical Office (GUS) said last week that GDP rose 3.6 percent in 2015. (pk)
