Polish company unveils country’s first hydrogen car

A Polish company has unveiled the country’s first vehicle powered by hydrogen at the recent Moto Show in Kraków, southern Poland.

Instead of running on petrol, diesel or electric power, the “Premier” car by Kraków-based RIOT Technologies uses hydrogen as a fuel. It is touted to be a very green-technology, as such cars only produce water as exhaust.

The company which designed and produced the prototype says that the car will be made out of a composite body, include four-wheel-drive power and boast around 270 horsepower. (rg)
