Fitch said in a report that Britain’s referendum vote in June to leave the European Union and the November election of Donald Trump to the US presidency show the global economy is heading toward “economic nationalism”.
This will limit free trade and movement of workers, Fitch said.
The agency has predicted global economic growth at 2.9 percent next year. (vb/pk)
