Inflation in Poland hit 2.0 percent year on year in March, according to a flash estimate cited by the country’s Central Statistical Office (GUS) on Friday.

The prices of goods and services fell by 0.1 percent compared to February.
Economists surveyed by the PAP news agency had estimated that inflation rose 2.3 percent year on year and climbed 0.2 percent from February.
