Unemployment in Poland at record low

Unemployment in Poland dropped to 7.7 percent in April, the lowest level in 26 years, the country’s Central Statistical Office said on Thursday.

Joblessness was down by 0.4 percentage point on March.
The figures were the same as an estimate given by the Family, Labour and Social Policy Ministry earlier this month.
In total, 1.25 million people were unemployed in Poland in April.
