The average Polish monthly pay packet in May was PLN 4,390 (EUR 1,040, USD 1,164).
Average salaries in Poland rose 4.1 percent year on year in April.
Meanwhile, employment in Polish companies with more than nine staff increased to almost 6 million, 4.5 percent up year on year, according to the statistical office.
The Polish government earlier this month adopted assumptions for the 2018 budget, which expects the economy to grow 3.8 percent, with inflation at 2.3 percent and unemployment at 6.4 percent.
