The fair opened on Monday and runs until Friday.
Tomasz Pisula, the head of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency, said that 16 technologically advanced companies would present their services at the Polish stand at the fair.
Pisula added that Poland wanted to present itself as an innovative country, but also as one drawing strength from its traditions.
"And due to the fact that this year is the 100th anniversary of Poland regaining its independence, we will also refer to that," he said.
Organisers expect some 5,000 exhibitors and 220,000 visitors at the Hannover Messe fair.
Poland was the event’s official partner country last year.
