The plans include “a comfortable hotel with recreational facilities and a number of one-storey houses earmarked for sale to individual buyers,” said Realty 4 Management, a subsidiary of BBI Development, which is in charge of construction.

The project is expected to cost PLN 300 million (EUR 69.68m, USD 80.43m), according to preliminary estimates, Money.pl reported.

The project will take up 16.5 hectares provided by the Warmia archdiocese, Money.pl added.
