Polish PM to visit US in search of business partners: official

A trip by Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki to the US this week could help Poland find new business partners and investors, a senior official has said.

Investment and Development Minister Jerzy Kwieciński said that Morawiecki would meet key business figures during his US visit, starting on Thursday.
The trip would be a chance “to build economic bridges between Poland and the United States,” said Kwieciński, as quoted by public broadcaster Polish Radio’s IAR news agency.
“We need such partners to sell our products there, also to bring in technologies that are not available in Poland, but also to learn from Americans how to build an innovative economy, because this is the best model in the world," added Kwieciński.
