The carrier’s new “Superregio” connections will have “rolling stock of higher standard, short travel time and low ticket prices,” the company said in a statement.

Polish Regional Railways is the country’s largest operator of regional passenger services and the sole provider of public passenger rail transport in seven out of 16 regions.

The company has recently undergone restructuring.
