Handball: Poland loses to Qatar in semi-finals

The Polish team played a strong game, but eventually lost to hosts Qatar 29:31 on Friday.

The White and Red team played a determined game, even leading in the first 10 minutes of the game.
However, the Qatar team, coached by Spaniard Valero Rivera López quickly gained a lead, which they kept until the end whistle.
Poland will be playing again for Bronze on Sunday. (rg)
