Polish mining and minerals giant KGHM started operations at its Chilean site in Sierra Gorda this week.

KGHM spent $4 bln on the project. The mine's opening ceremony is planned this fall, in the presence of Polish, Chilean and Japanese authorities.
Also in the program:
- Polish-Chinese trade could be looking up, according to the head of Poland's foreign investment agency (PAIiZ), Sławomir Majman. “In the first quarter of this year, we observed a three-percent growth in Polish exports,” he said.
