The Foreign Ministry has dispatched a mission to Oman this week in order to further explore potential for Polish business in the Gulf.
The Arab country located in the southeastern coast of the Arabian Peninsula has a strategically important position at the mouth of the Persian Gulf. Oman is interested in increasing imports of Polish meat, milk, apples and cereals, although both the Ministry and analysts agree that the Arab country is the most undiscovered by Polish businesses in the region. Polish exports to Oman amounted to 64,8 mln USD in 2014.
