Climbers crowned in Polish championships

Szymon Lodzinski and Kinga Ociepka-Grzegulska have won the Polish Climbing Championships in the men's and women's categories.

The titles were confirmed in Wroclaw following Sunday's lead climbing contest, the last leg of this year's championships.
In indoor sport, lead climbing involves a contestant clipping the belay rope into pre-placed equipment attached to bolts.
Piotr Bunsch and Kinga Ociepka-Grzegulska won Sunday's event, with fans packing out the city's Tarnogaj Climbing Centre to catch the final showdown.

Meanwhile, Adrian Chmiala was crowned Polish Junior Champion, and Szymon Tkacz won the Polish Youth Cup. (nh)
