The slide comes ahead of Janowicz’s billing on Tuesday in the Roland Garros tournament in Paris against Frenchman Maxime Hamou, currently 225th in the ATP ranking and who entered the French Open on a wild card.
Meanwhile, the top of the ATP ranking has stayed put in the latest reshuffle, with Serb Novak Djokovic retaning his post at the number one slot, followed by Swiss player Roger Federer and Brit Andy Murray. (jb)
