Poland’s Radwańska wins WTA Shenzhen Open

Polish star Agnieszka Radwańska has beaten America’s Alison Riske 6:3, 6:2 in straight sets to win the final of the WTA Shenzhen Open in south eastern China.

Notching up her 18th victory in WTA events, Radwańska, 26, took home $111,000 in prize money.

The Kraków-born player is due to take part in the first Grand Slam tournament of the year, the Australian Open, later this month. (pk)
