Radwańska's win marks her second straight-set victory in the Grand Slam tournament thus far, after dispatching American Christina McHale on Monday.
The Polish star, currently the World No.4, has been on fine form in recent months, winning four tournaments - including the WTA Finals - over the last four months.
Her best result to date in the Australian Open was in 2014, when she reached the semi-final.
She is the only remaining Polish player in the singles tournament. Her sister Urszula was knocked out in the first round, as was Magda Linette, and Jerzy Janowicz in the men's competition. (nh/pk)
