Poland are due to take on Argentina on 4–6 March in the northern Polish city of Gdańsk.

In their last Davis Cup games, the Polish squad was propped up by Jerzy Janowicz and Michał Przysiężny. But the Poles are far from being in good shape, Eurosport.Onet.pl reported.

It quoted Przysiężny as saying: “My back has been hurting for three months…. From day to day it looks less likely that I will be going to Gdańsk.”

Meanwhile, Janowicz is struggling with pain in his back, knees and feet, according to Eurosport.Onet.pl. (pk)
