The tournament was won by Russia, while second place went to Sweden. Those two teams will have a chance to try their luck at the Olympics in Brazil.

The Polish women's team, which finished fourth in December’s world championships in Denmark, dominated the game against Mexico, ending the first half 18: 5 ahead and maintaining their dominance in the second part of the match, despite some basic mistakes.

Russia finished the tournament on six points, Sweden on four and Poland on two. (pk)
