Volleyball: Poland beat France, a step closer to Rio

Poland’s national volleyball team came from behind to beat France 3:2 in a closely-fought match in Tokyo, taking the Poles a step closer to qualifying for the Rio Olympics.

Poland were 0:2 behind at one point and France had three match balls.
Eight teams are battling in the tournament in Japan for a place at the Olympic games. The three top squads will qualify.
In their next game, Poland take on hosts Japan on Tuesday. (pk)
