The 19-year-old was heaped with praise for his performance for Poland during the recent Euro 2016 championships in France.
Kapustka’s move would be the latest in a series of multi-million signings of top Polish talent by teams abroad.
Poland forward and Ajax player Arkadiusz Milik has signed a five-year contract with Italy’s Napoli, reportedly for EUR 32 million.
In June, Polish midfielder Grzegorz Krychowiak signed with French club Paris Saint-Germain from Seville for EUR 45 million.
Meanwhile, former Poland captain Jakub Błaszczykowski has signed a three-year contract with VfL Wolfsburg, the German Bundesliga football team said on Monday.
