The British daily writes that the Pole, who will be 18 in January, has stood out since the start of his career.

The Guardian adds that Grabara “joined his boyhood club Ruch Chorzów before several Premier League clubs came knocking. In the end […] he ignored advances from Manchester City and Manchester United and signed for Liverpool.

“More than 2m tall – and still growing – he has impressed at Liverpool and is first choice for Poland's Under-19 side.”

Grabara joined Liverpool at the end of last year, becoming the second Polish goalkeeper to play for the Reds after Jerzy Dudek. (mk/pk)
