Teodorczyk, who has been in his best-ever form this autumn, scored two goals for Anderlecht in an away match with Zulte-Waregem, which, however, won 3-2 in the end.
The 25-year-old Poland international has already notched up a total of 18 goals in 25 games for his club and country this season, equaling Barcelona’s Leo Messi and Paris Saint-Germain’s Edinson Cavani, according to Polish media reports.
Teodorczyk has outshined another goal machine, Poland captain Robert Lewandowski, who plays for Germany’s Bayern Munich and has 14 goals to his name this season overall.
Teodorczyk has scored six goals in six games in the Europa League for Anderlecht and one for the Polish national team, in addition to 11 goals in the Belgian league.
As his scoring spree continues, Teodorczyk is on the radars of a number of leading clubs across Europe, including those in England, Germany and Italy, according to reports.
The striker, who missed the Euro 2016 tournament in France, is currently on loan from Dynamo Kiev at Anderlecht, where he moved in the summer.
Earlier Teodorczyk played for the Polonia Warsaw and Lech Poznań sides in Poland before moving to Ukraine in 2014. (str/pk)
