The Polish team did well only in the first 10 minutes of the match, when they were even able to take a 5:4 lead for a while.

On Tuesday, the Polish team will face off against the Netherlands. Two days later they play Germany.

The coach of the Polish team is Leszek Krowicki, who in the summer replaced Kim Rasmussen.

He said before the championships that his team is going to the tournament to learn and his main goal is to build a team for the next Olympics. (mol/pk)
