Polish tennis players lose in men's doubles at Australia Open

They lost 3:6, 2:6 against French pair Pierre-Hugues Herbert and Nicolas Mahut in the second round of the Grand Slam tournament.

Janowicz is out of the Australian Open after losing on Monday in the first round of the singles to Croatia's Marin Cilic 6:4, 6:4, 2:6, 2:6, 3:6.

Matkowski remains with a chance in the tournament and will play in the mixed doubles with Liezel Huber from the US. (vb/pk)
