Tennis: Poland’s Kubot into doubles semi-final in Halle

Poland’s Łukasz Kubot and his Brazilian partner Marcelo Melo have made it through to the semi-finals of the doubles in the ATP tennis tournament in Halle, Spain.

Kubot and Melo on Thursday beat Spain’s Roberto Bautista Agut and David Ferrer 6:1, 6:4.

Kubot and his Brazilian partner will now take on the winners of a match between Dutchman Jean-Julien Rojer and Romania’s Horia Tecau, and France’s Fabrice Martin and Spain’s Albert Ramos Vinolas.
