Arka Gdynia beat Legia Warszawa 4-3 on penalties on Friday and took the Polish SuperCup home.

After 90 minutes the teams were tied at 1:1. As the rules do not allow extra time, the result was decided by penalties.
Arka’s goalie Pavels Steinbors managed to save two goals, giving his team victory.
This was the first time in Poland that the video assistant referee (VAR) video repetition system was used during a football match. (mol/pk)
