Poland beat Kazakhstan 3:0 in a Monday night qualifying match in Warsaw for the 2018 football World Cup which will be hosted by Russia.

With 19 points, Poland has a three-point lead over Denmark and Montenegro and is far ahead of Romania, Armenia and Kazakhstan in the group round.
Poland will face Armenia and Montenegro in the final group-round matches in October.
The group leader will automatically qualify for the tournament, while the second-placed team will head to play-offs for a spot in the competition in Russia next year. (vb/pk)
