Women’s volleyball: Poland crush Russia in Nations League

The Polish women’s national volleyball team beat Russia 3-0 in a Nations League game on Wednesday as the squad’s winning streak continues.

The Poles won 25:21, 25:18, 25:15 and moved up to the seventh spot in the overall table, ahead of Russia and China.

The match in the southwestern Polish city of Wałbrzych marked the eighth win for Poland in the tournament and their sixth victory in a row.

The Polish team take on the Dominican Republic on Thursday.

The women's Volleyball Nations League final will be held in China on July 1.
