The former world No. 2 on Friday lost to Aryna Sabalenka of Belarus, 3-6, 6-1, 3-6, in the semifinals of the grass-court tournament in Eastbourne, southern England.
Radwańska had entered the Eastbourne tournament after a two-month absence from the court amid health problems and a slump in form.
The Pole missed this season’s French Open tournament, her first Grand Slam absence since 2006.
Meanwhile, Poland’s Magda Linette retained her 80th spot in the new WTA ranking, which was released on Sunday, a day before the Wimbledon championships were due to begin in London.
