The Polish-Brazilian duo saw off Britain’s Jamie Murray and Brazil’s Bruno Soares 6-4, 6-2 in the championship match to claim their fourth title of the season.
The match lasted just over an hour and ended with Kubot’s signature celebratory “can-can” dance routine.
Kubot and Melo last Sunday won the men’s doubles at the China Open tournament in Beijing.
They previously triumphed at Sydney and won a Wimbledon warm-up event in Halle, Germany.
Kubot and Melo reached the final of this year's US Open.
The Pole and the Brazilian on Saturday dispatched Austria’s Oliver Marach and Croatia’s Mate Pavic 6-2, 7-5 in the semifinals at the Shanghai Masters.
Kubot and Melo were last year named the men’s doubles team of 2017 by the International Tennis Federation (ITF).
